RFT Group is a results-driven fitness coaching collective dedicated to helping individuals become the strongest, leanest, and healthiest version of themselves. Our mission is simple: to combine the knowledge, experience, and accountability of multiple professional coaches to help as many people as possible achieve lasting fitness transformations.

Unlike traditional personal training that relies on a single coach, RFT Group operates as a collaborative coaching team. This team-based approach allows our clients to benefit from a wide range of expertise, training styles, and experience while still receiving highly personalized guidance. Our coaches work together to ensure that every client receives structured programming, professional oversight, and the accountability needed to create real, sustainable results.

With over 10 years of combined experience in the fitness and coaching industry, the RFT Group coaching team has worked with individuals from all backgrounds and fitness levels. Our experience includes working with beginners who have never stepped foot in a gym, busy professionals looking to improve their health and energy levels, individuals focused on fat loss and body composition improvements, and experienced trainees seeking to refine their training and performance. This extensive experience allows us to understand the unique challenges that people face when trying to improve their health, fitness, and body composition.

At the core of RFT Group’s philosophy is the belief that successful fitness transformations are built on three key pillars: effective training, sustainable nutrition, and consistent accountability. Rather than relying on extreme diets or unsustainable workout routines, we focus on creating structured programs that can realistically fit into a client’s lifestyle. Our coaching services are delivered through a combination of modern training technology and personalized coaching communication. Clients receive fully customized training programs delivered through the Elite Trainr coaching platform, allowing them to follow structured workouts, track their progress, and stay connected with their coach throughout the process. These programs are carefully designed based on each client’s individual goals, training experience, schedule, available equipment, and physical limitations.

Each program is built using proven principles of exercise science, strength training, and progressive overload. Our coaches design programs that focus on improving overall strength, mobility, conditioning, and body composition. Training plans may include a wide variety of exercise methods such as resistance training, compound strength movements, accessory work, metabolic conditioning, mobility training, and functional movement patterns. These methods are adjusted to suit each client’s experience level and individual needs.

In addition to training programs, RFT Group provides clients with customized nutritional guidance designed to support fat loss, muscle gain, and overall health. Rather than prescribing overly restrictive diets, our coaches help clients understand calorie balance, macronutrient intake, and sustainable eating habits that allow them to make consistent progress while still enjoying their lifestyle. Clients receive guidance on topics such as portion control, meal planning, grocery selection, nutritional timing, and strategies for maintaining consistency in real-world situations like travel, social events, or busy work schedules.

Accountability and ongoing support are central components of our coaching model. Clients regularly check in with their coaches to review progress, discuss challenges, and make adjustments to their program. These check-ins allow our coaches to analyze progress data such as body weight trends, progress photos, training performance, and lifestyle factors. Based on this information, training programs and nutrition strategies are continually refined to ensure clients remain on track toward their goals.

RFT Group works with clients pursuing a wide range of fitness goals. Many of our clients join us with the goal of losing body fat and improving their overall health. Through structured training, sustainable nutrition strategies, and consistent coaching accountability, we help these individuals gradually reduce body fat while building strength and improving their physical fitness. Other clients work with us to build muscle, improve athletic performance, or increase their overall strength and conditioning. Regardless of the specific goal, our coaching approach remains focused on long-term progress rather than short-term quick fixes.

Clients benefit not only from the expertise of their primary coach, but also from the collective knowledge and collaboration of the entire RFT Group coaching team. In addition to our online coaching services, RFT Group also supports clients who prefer occasional in-person guidance. Where available, clients may schedule technique sessions or coaching consultations to refine movement patterns, improve exercise execution, and address mobility limitations. These sessions help clients develop confidence in the gym while ensuring they perform exercises safely and effectively.
